Fernando Decillis is an Atlanta-based photographer. He specialized in advertising and documentary projects. His life was an adventure from an early age. Fernando was born in Montevideo, Uruguay to a teenage seamstress and an airport ramp agent. He did not get to spend his whole life in Uruguay. In an effort to escape Uruguay’s military dictatorship, the Decillis family set out for the United States.
