We everybody knows that about the web design. Nowadays we can’t think one single a moment without internet. And internet means visit different site. As like Facebook, yahoo, Google, twitter, tumbler and so on. These all are not an exactly site. But every site is a website. There each websites are designed by many plentiful languages. As like as HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, PHP and so on. CSS is one of them.
There is too much importency of using CSS to design a website. If we don’t use CSS I would like to say that onetime our website will be useless. Different website is designed by different programmer. So that we use a lot of tool as like: Move Tool & Crop Tool, Lassos and Magic Wands, Pen and Path Tools, Eyedropper / Color picker (& notes) etc. Raster to vector is one of them.
